Privacy Notice

How Travcon (HK) Limited handles information you give us through this website.

1. Who we are

This website, langoforward.org, is operated by Travcon (HK) Limited of Unit 801–803, Level 8, Core C, Cyberport 3, No. 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong. For anything in this notice, contact lango@travconsultants.com.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers this website only. Learner data inside the Lango products is governed separately by the agreement with each school, employer or programme operator — including the applicable data-protection regime for that deployment.

3. What we collect

What you type into the demo request form: your name, email address, organisation, role, country or region, the nature of your enquiry, and any message you choose to add. The form also carries one hidden anti-spam field, which should always reach us empty.

Technical information your browser sends: like any website, ours receives your IP address and browser user-agent with every request, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. Netlify, which processes the form, records submission metadata (such as the time of submission) alongside what you type. We use all of this only for security, to prevent abuse, and to handle your enquiry.

We set no cookies, use no analytics or advertising trackers, and this site loads nothing from any third party.

4. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration — nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we make no automated decisions about you.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records — including the copy in our notification mailbox — are kept only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and arrange any follow-up, after which they are deleted. Technical data in server logs (section 3) is retained by our hosting provider under its own schedule, which we do not set.

6. Where it is stored

Enquiries are managed by Travcon (HK) Limited in Hong Kong. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, outside Hong Kong; once an enquiry has been received, we delete the submission from the form provider. Enquiry notifications are delivered by email to our monitored mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace.

7. Who we share it with

No one, beyond the service providers that make this website work — Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Google Workspace, our email provider (delivering enquiry notifications to our monitored mailbox) — and any disclosure required by law. No third party receives your information for its own purposes.

8. Your rights

Under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it; we also honour deletion requests. Write to lango@travconsultants.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this notice

If how we handle your information changes, this page and its date change with it.
